It’s easy to get lost in the day-to-day tasks of keeping an organization running. There are dozens of international phone calls to coordinate with our partners on the ground, hundreds of text messages, hectic days visiting projects on trips that are too short, and hours spent in board meetings to plan ahead or react to challenges that present themselves. All of these things are necessary, but can make it easy to lose sight of the bigger picture. That is why it is so rewarding to take the time to reflect back on the accomplishments of an entire year.
Our 2024 Annual Report is now available and we hope that you’ll enjoy reading about the activities and updates from last year. In addition to providing an overview and updates of the programs we are currently funding, the report includes some important updates about TDS in the President’s letter, and a summary of our finances.
